I started on this diet (again!) on January 2 2019 determined to lose weight by the nice weather. Last year and the year before it did not work out. I was hoping for the proverbial 2 pound loss a week, but that didn't happen. It is 5 months later and I can say I lost 17 pounds! Not bad for a 67 year old with a bad back and knees who cant exercise much. If I can do that 2 more times I will reach my 50 pound goal. I will still be overweight but at a much more comfortable weight(245)for me. We'll see from there but the first 50 is my goal. I am 5'7 big boned (really haha)and can still look good at 210. My diet is counting calories and writing down everything. I am on my 3rd small pad since January. I try for 1800 calories a day but cant always make it, although there are days when I will make 1700, 1600, some days even 1400. Daytime is great night time is much harder. Soon I will be swimming, mom & sil finally got the pool heater, yay! Hoping to make it there 3-4 times a week. So that's it for now. Great day to all♥♥
