Back on track! Best shape I’ve been in since... High School?
246.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! While my weight wasn't that great in HS I'd certainly like to be 17 with experience to do this over once and for all.

Ha ha Bella! I think I still have a way to go to run a sub 8 minute mile, but I’m getting there. I’m about 10 lbs from my weight as a senior in High School.
