The swelling is starting to go down, and I'm not gaining weight while on bedrest, yay!!!
184.2 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1859 kcal Fat: 71.25g | Prot: 66.50g | Carb: 245.21g.   Breakfast: i can't believe it's not butter, kroger honey wheat bread, chamomile tea, sweet n low. Lunch: classic ritz, bean with bacon soup, powerade zero. Dinner: Meatball Marinara on Italian (with provolone). Snacks/Other: nestle crunch bar, pagoda express wonton, peach gelatin. more...
