I went bonkers for several days recently, but got back on track the last couple of days. I had gone up 6 pounds from my weigh-in on 7/3 (and I had dropped below that), but I'm sure a lot of it was water weight, since it has come off so fast. Even though I am semi-bingeing when I go off the plan, there's now way I am overeating thousands of calories, so I know it's not fat. However, I want to get to my correct BMI before I go back to work, which is totally doable, if I stick to a reasonable eating plan and consistently exercise! Duh! I'm working the Shrink Yourself program online, but even that is sporadic. I don't know what is going to turn this around, but I'm not suicidal!
