I don't know how this happened because I haven't been able to exercise due to Fibromyalgia pain but I'll take the little bit of loss anyway. Yesterday at work a coworker asked me if I have lost weight and I said I'm trying to and she said she could really tell. That made me feel good. Finally someone who doesn't think I'm pregnant LOL.

I'm on point values with some to spare for a snack! Under 20 grams of fat.

I did do quite a bit of running around at work so maybe I am getting some exercise in.
192.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2008:

Way to go on the loss and the moving around. I'm sorry to hear that the pain is flaring up. It's great having people notice when we start losing.

Way to go! It si so great when people start to notice your weight loss, it really helps tp kick up the motivation!!! Keep up the good work. I hope your pain becomes more bearable for ya!
