I am at 15o lbs. Not exercised as much as I'd have liked so the weight came off but my flab needs toning. It's been difficult to get outside due to depression and heat (I have heat sensitivity) but they are opening a gym at my apartmnet and it's within spitting distance so we've lost the weight now to tone it up! Ten pounds to go, folks. Just by eating right and eating less when not eating right.
