OK. Starting tonight I got to change for the better. I blame a bunch of situations about why I can't eat well, but that's all crap. I have not eaten well because I have no willpower. I have to stop and think whenever I decide to eat food, and starting today that is what I will do. Exercise has also not been the way it should, but that will also change.
