OK. Starting tonight I got to change for the better. I blame a bunch of situations about why I can't eat well, but that's all crap. I have not eaten well because I have no willpower. I have to stop and think whenever I decide to eat food, and starting today that is what I will do. Exercise has also not been the way it should, but that will also change.

It is so hard for me to get back on a diet, when I am not exercising as much. And I don't seem to exercise as much because of school and homework. But I have to find a way. I need to be productive, in getting work done in a timely fashion so I can workout and train. So no matter what, if I don't get to do a big workout, then I will do a crossfit workout for 30 min at home. 30 min I think I can manage that. I also need to get used to eating more healthy foods, so I am going to have sushi. Dinner I don't know what I am going to do. I think I will just have a sandwich. Uhh I need motivation!
