so when I countnmy calories and do everything right I wasnt losing any weight, had 3 days of screw it and basically gained back what it took me a month to lose 😡
one of those 3 days I ran a half marathon
258.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had almost three WEEKS of "screw it," and gained over TEN POUNDS! I'm finally back to losing again, PTL! Get back on that pony and ride. If what you're doing isn't working for you ... do something else.

I down want to gain all my weight back so I am definitely getting back on the pony....but damn I wish this wasnt so hard!!! Thanks Debbie for always being an encouragement!
