Am planning to up my calories a little bit; don't want to lose any more weight for the time being. When I go out to eat, or eat more carbs it does go up. But because of fuzzy brain, I don't want to go too far with that. I did eat 2 ounces of cashews, and a tablespoon of mayonnaise on a hard boiled egg, and am now nauseous. I should have spread it out farther, but had fasted till 2pm and was quite hungry. If I had waited for 20 minutes, I wouldn't have eaten or wanted so many cashews. Can't exercise very hard because of my back.
104.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good plan. Maybe just adding a small amount like 50-100 kcal per day for a few weeks might help you maintain instead of lose. Since you are low carb you could try a piece of turkey lunch meat and 2% slices cheese and make a roll up for 75 kcal. It’s a nice little snack, low carb, low fat and gets some protein in while also being low calorie. Just an idea :). I avoid cashews because I LOVe them and can’t seem to stop eating them. Then it’s all I can think about until I buy another can of them.
