Day 11, Started great. So far I have had (2) 3oz gala apples and 1 piece of sugarless gum at work along with (2) 16oz of Coffee with creamer. Now I am at home trying to ensure I get all my water I need today which is about 100 ounces of water. So far 8 oz down. Its gonna be a long night. Hahaha. I am excited to try and drop these next 4 lbs by Sunday. So little time so much to lose. Florida trip is only 18 days away. My goal is to get down to 190lbs, that is 14 lbs in just 18 days. Which means nothing but working out and watching what I eat.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
