Day 12, Started great. I have only had 4 oz of chicken for lunch with 1/2 cup of mixed sauteed veggies. I felt great. I had 60 oz of water at work and was fully energized. I am now home, thinking about going to the gym. I should just go but I am feeling lazy as hell.
