Two Fatsecret gals were on a tandem bicycle going up a hill. The one in front said: This is the hardest hill I have ever climbed." The other said, "Yes, it's a good thing I put on the brake, so we don't fall back down the hill".

We can all make it up our hill, regardless of the obstacles. Fasted 18.5 hours.
105.7 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
