Ate very little real food today, but ate a whole container of Teo's Cookies and Cream ice cream. It wasn't as delicious as I thought it was going to be. That didn't stop me from eating it, but will keep me from buying it next time. I was still well below my RDI.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
