Back again after a 7 month relapse. Up 8 lbs since last September, could have been worse...mindless eating and drinking. This time I have stopped the drinking first. I cut out red wine 2 years ago, then white wine 2 months ago. and lastly my fav Vodka 12 days ago. It was as simple as replacing the liquid in my glass(short glass filled with ice) with carbonated flavored water instead of vodka. I was hooked on having that ice cold drink by my side while watching TV in the evening, or playing online games. First 3 days were very challenging since there is always vodka in the house (hubby likes his nightcap). I think I am now ready to focus on eating healthy and dropping some weight gradually. Just had blood work done and abdominal ultrasound. Hopefully I have not done too much damage. Have a follow up on May 22.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
