Starting healthy choices. Leaving for Cancun in 6 weeks. Goal is 10 lbs loss. Down 2 this morning 👍👍
187.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
