not sure why we r going up. started eating fruit? too much natural sugar?

No, no calories can make you gain fat. Sodium, carbs(increase water weight), sore muscles(water retention for the repair process), delayed bowel movement etc. There are many reasons that a fluctuation can occur. Inaccurate calorie counting? How long have you stalled for?
