I just had chicken salad lettuce wraps for lunch. It was good but the red onion I put in it is giving me indigestion.. I also had 1 oz. plantain banana chips which was not what I expected. I thought they would be sweet but the were salty. Tasted a lot like potato chips but healthier. I ate them anyways and now will begin my fast till 9am tomorrow morning. I fasted last night and was able to go down a couple lbs. I had another account on here but wasn’t set up the way I wanted it so I started a new one and lost all my data.. oh well, here’s to new beginnings. I’ve already gone down about 4 lbs. but I seem to fluctuate that often so here’s to keeping it off and off for good!! I will probably have a cup of chicken boillion at dinner time to tide me over like I did yesterday which seemed to work since I had to cook everyone else dinner. I drank cup of tea and some water with lemon.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
