Spent 20 minutes in a pool last night, just walking back and forth, or exercising my arms. I felt a little disappointed as it made me feel like I was starting all over - but I just reminded myself that I am 'taking it to the next level'
193.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
