Today is the first time at the gym in months. Worked out for two hours. Was having a hard time getting motivated so decided today is the day. Feels good afterwards. Starting slow and will work getting stronger.

Just got in from dinner. Proud of myself. No appetizer which my honey got toasted raviolis. I got a small garden salad with a white balsamic vinegar.vowed real small. Got the chicken piccata with penne at only half could of ate the whole bowl but only half small to begin with. Will eat rest tomorrow for lunch.
