Today was my breaking point. I woke up this morning and weighed myself and I felt like my whole world came crashing down around me. I am so tired of feeling this way, looking in the mirror in disgust. I look for support around me and I haven't found it yet so I am seeking it here. I don't want to spend another one of my summers in a one piece hiding my skin. I just want to be Happy, and live a healthy life and I am hoping to get some support here.

Well Let's do it. I am so ready!! And Thank you Because today I have felt so ugly. I want to claim my life again. I hid the scales today because I don't want to be defined by a number. Do you have a certain goal time?

Yay! From your picture I can tell you are gorgeous. I'm working right now, but when I have the time I will send you the guidelines I'm sticking to through this next five weeks. I would love to lose this twenty by Jan. 13. And the remaining thirty I have no goal time. I want to lose it organically... As naturally and healthy as possible. Obviously the sooner the better, but for now I only have one goal. 20 pounds by January 13!! I agree with you, let's do it!!!!

That's a great goal and totally doable. I am just mainly doing low Carb for now Because I have basically been eating what I want for about two years now and the weight has slowly but surely crept up on me. My ultimate goal is to be comfortable in my own skin by March or April. I am a beach freak and I want to enjoy myself rather than hide. I would love to hear your plan of action! I am so glad I joined today Because I really needed to interact with people that have the same things on their mind like I do!
