Yesterday I finally hit the healthy weight range and today I am officially only 10 lb.s from goal weight!!! Yay I am so ecstatic! So I am hoping to be where I want by the middle of January. My measurements from the start of my challenge on December 3rd are this:

Bicep:11
Under Chest: 30
Waist: 32.5
Hips: 35.5
Thigh: 21.5
Calve: 13.75


Well that's plenty of good news for my day! :)
135.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Awesome! The last 10 lbs are the hardest to loose, but don't get discouraged. Just keep up your diet and exercise routine and come January, you'll reach your goal. :)
