Well that was an unexpected weigh in after deciding to avoid the scale for a few days... #getoutofyourheadanddothework
217.8 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

when I was doing weight training I was told to sometimes look in the mirror instead of scale
