I haven't been doing that bad so not sure what happened? Was back at kickboxing last night and plan to exercise tonight after my final is finished. Determined to get to 150 and go from there. No more wearing capris cuz my pants don't fit :(.

Does any one have any ideas on suppliments to use to help prevent bruising? My legs look battered since I've been back on the heavy bags at kickboxing.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 9.3 lb a week
