No excuse or long explanation. I binged...all weekend. Well, since Thursday really and I didn’t feel bad about it until last night 🤦‍♀️. They were all Low carb/sugar free items, but I could not put them down! I know why and today vowing to myself to stay the course and jump in it. I can’t keep that stuff in bulk in my house I now know though. 😩I plan to do some yard work after work today and then getting a 30min workout in because it’s been 3 months since consistently working out even with still losing. This simply cannot happen again!! I was 4lbs from being under 250 and have set myself back. Ughhhhhh. I’m not doing this back and forth nonsense again, especially so close to my year Fitverseray. I can do this!!! 💪💪💪
262.2 lb Lost so far: 104.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
