A roller coaster week so far, but at least the bounce range is lower.

Since I restarted in mid-July, the range has dropped each month.

August: 196.6-201.8
September: 194.0-200.0
October: 191.4-199.6
November: 190.6-194.8

192.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
