my feet are killing me. I've been doing a lot of walking for exercise lately. 10 miles yesterday. I have tried biofreeze last night on my arches. it's hard to walk 1st thing in morning.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
