I've reached my goal or rather just shy by .2 lbs. Since I fluctuate 2 to 4 lbs up and down. I won't consider actually having reached my goal until I fluctuate up to my goal. Which means my goal is really to hit 191 and fluctuate up to 195. If that happens I can consider it done and I will continue to phase 2. Rebuild the muscle I lost to get to my goal weight. I don't think I've ever actually gotten to phase 2. lol
