I need help in entering my food for analysis.
Am I getting enough calories for my 20 grams of carb?
143.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

cant view your diet for some reason, check your account settings maybe?

The Atkins book that I have (Atkins Advantage) says that most men can lose at 1800 calories/day. Most women can lose at 1500. It also stresses that under no circumstances should anyone go below 1200 calories/day. Hope that helps.
