There should be a box you can check for followed great on some days other says sucked. I fluctuated all week, and probably would have lost a little more but the pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies did me in. I am just happy to say I have bought another size down in pants. My husband is doing WW and he has lost 84lbs since April and I am in awe of him, but a little jealous too. I know that I should get to the gym more than the two times a week but it is a struggle. I really want to say that I have lost 25lbs by Christmas.
