Annual Dr visit today....heart disease is prevalent on both sides of the family so I have been tracking my bp. Dr is happy with my weight loss, BP is good, and Graves disease is in check! feeling good!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
