1 week and no weight loss. However I am happy with how my body is changing and I feel better. Going to try not to let this effect me as that was the reason I am only weighing once a week. I think I can lose some this week. I need to be a little more diet conscious, avoid the alcohol. My exercise is at an all time high and progress is happening at the gym. All in all 75%. Feeling my lifestyle change slowly and its making everything in my life better.
124.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great attitude! Sometimes the fat goes straight to muscle and you won’t see a change on the scale even though positive change is happening! Bravo!

May want to try measuring your progress in inches instead of on the scale, since you are working out so much. As Love2educate mentioned, the fat may be converted directly to muscle thus not registering as a loss.
