it seems that 170ish is where my body wants to stay without killing myself daily. I would like to stay at 160-165 so I need to be a bit more careful and stay working out again.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
