When I reach out, this FatSecret family is always right there for me. On behalf of my children, my partner, my unborn baby girl and myself, thank you thank you thank you for every message, every comment, every ❤️. I’m officially 4 months pregnant today. My stress level has never been higher, but I feel so calm and confident. I’m enjoying food, not abusing it. I’ve gained about 20/40 pounds and my doctor is constantly praising my gains, saying they’re right on track. It’s so hard to find someone in real life who understands what food addiction is about and what recovery looks like. The fact that I have a community full of empathetic people who truly care and have been there is priceless. I start and end every day with you guys. Thank you for all you guys do. Keep posting, keep journaling, keep photographing. I really appreciate y’all more than I can ever say.
