a hunger attack. had dinner before 4 to calm it down. too much sugar at the 12 pm lunch? i feel calm now that i had an early dinner.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
