Only the second day for me!! The hardest part for me is carbs. I LOVE bread and pasta. Plus my snacking is pretty bad. Any advice is welcome. Also, how often do people recommend to weigh in?
164.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck Shea. You also will love losing!!! And it is a much better feeling than bread. I do not weigh but I do not think it matters. I think most people weigh every morning. Whatever works for you
