This is an odd time for me to weigh-in, but I'm happy that I'm actually showing a loss after this long weekend. 3 days of work, then I'm off to the Gin Festival in Mbombela... Can't wait!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
