Ate dinner at mom’s last night. Not too bad this morning although it was higher; I don’t remember now what. Salad & bread at Panera’s and then 1/2 steak and cheese sub for dinner. I did not eat chips or candy or sweets so that was good but still any food seems like a sure weight gain. ☹️
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
