Trying hard here - walking in the mornings and trying to limit carbs. As far as the alcohol goes, I have lost the desire to have it. Plus for me. I find that replacing alcoholic drinks with soda stream water is good enough for me. Now if I could only ramp it up and start running in place of running, that would help.
