Hit my secondary goal. I didn't think I could get down to my original goal so I raised it and now I've made that. I do try to pick the best choices when I am hungry and want a snack. I'm a lot more aware of what I eat. I check labels in the store. Fruit is in season now and more affordable.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
