Hello to all FatSecret members. Worked out today, and hope to continue my treadmill jogging and weightlifting workout. I actually have been dieting for a few weeks. Chiefly, have been reducing daily calories, and fasting. Would like to get under 265 pounds.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
