After one day on the fat fast I show a drop. I know I lost a lot of water, but it feels good too, because even with water loss I can feel lighter. I will continue and hope it is real ketosis, since I am guessing not using strips or anything. I don't want to spend the money on that.

Thank you ctiss. I follow your progress for my inspiration, as you always show a consistent loss. I really did hit a stall, and I think I am metabolically resistant having spent years suffering from Celiac and not knowing it. My doctor said I could turn anything into fat! haha
