Oh dear! I promised myself months ago that I'd never go over 60 again so it's time to put on the brakes and keep my promise.

Sorry about your friend's death - you will regroup and lose back to your goal range. Think how well you already have done, and what a good friend you are during the stressful times.

I know exactly what you mean. I promised myself NEVER over 80 again. Maybe it was a little ambitious, but I was NEVER supposed to be 94 again, that's for sure. Let's fix this - both of us. :)
