I don’t know if I misread the scale lately, if it’s hormonal or just the amount of weight training I am doing but I hit a wall. I feel like I am putting on more muscle, on top of burning 250-500 cal a day at work I am doing half an hour of cardio per day. Blah.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
