Well...gained about 5lbs. Really upset because that was about a month of work. So, I am back with a vengeance. Lost about 27lbs...had about 40 to go. Now, it's 45. Small setback but I am on things again and ready to get this done!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
