First cold since 2020. Really mild compared to other people who have it. Not sure if it’s because I am healthier now. I still hate it but am thankful it’s not worse.

Well…about 1lb away from goal. I tricked my brain into thinking I was going lower (I am sure I didn’t but it seems like every time I drop my goal here my body starts losing). I’m not 100% happy at current weight but it’s sustainable and I am 200% better than what I was. I am also in the healthy bmi range. I also noticed my body changing even without weight loss. I think that will continue while it adjusts. I still enjoy tracking and eating less. I never changed what I ate. I just ate less. My advice is to keep going. You need to do this for yourself. You are worth it. Also don’t be surprised if your feet shrink. What the hell is up with that?

Well… it’s almost time to start raising calories and I am terrified. What if I go overboard? What if I go back to old ways of eating high calorie food? What if I gain and I have no clothes that fit because… yes I did donate all of my bigger clothes because this time felt different. It feels permanent . I have learned to eat better. I have learned to eat less. I have learned to really enjoy it. Ok…exercise still eludes me. I do it but not much. Lack of consistency and motivation with exercise worries me. Without it… raising calories feels like jumping out of a plane without a backup chute.
