How did this happen gained 1 lb, I ate so good, didn't go over my 1400 calorie goal, didn't snack, drank allot if water, even taking the stairs (4 th floor, that's 72 stairs each way and I do it about 5 time a day) plus we had a squats challenge at work on the hour every hour we get and do 10-20 squats while doing arm circles.. I thought for sure I lost 3 plus lbs. I guess I need more exercise .... I will keep it moving, I am actually taking regular bowel movements since my diet change. I have several med's that keep me bound up and it really makes my belly hurt, not to mention when I actually have a bowel movement feels like it's ripping my A** apart.
