Struggling badly at the moment, I do so well during the day then I get home argue with myself about what I should eat even though I have meal prepped what I should have and then cave and eat anything and everything ... cant seem to get my mind in this right now :-(
127.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is exactly what I am going through. A colleague even said “you must be a closet eater. You eat so well here at work”

Hang in there! I know the feeling :( I live in Kenya and am not allowed to work, so you can imagine how much time I have on my hands to think about food and how easy it is to sit in front of the tv and eat during the day :( I am weighing 5kgs more than I weighed when I thought I was seriously overweight 2 years ago and piled it all on in 6 months. I started a diet again (28 day diet on facebook) and am also starting my training for a 5 day Mountain Biking event end of September. You can do it! Only 3.8kg to your goal weight and they will be the hardest to lose BUT YOU CAN DO IT! Stay positive and remember how hard you have worked to lose the 9.9kg you have shed already. Stick a note on the pantry door and fridge: NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS. Good luck!
