Today has been an off day. I've slept most of the day. Just not feeling well. I didn't keep track of what I was eating but I didn't actually eat a full meal all day. Tomorrow should be a better day. It's also scale day and I'm going to start measuring inches tomorrow. we shall see how it goes.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Rachel, I hope you feel better. I keep track of my measurements and it will help motivate you because even when the scale is slow to move the tape measure typically does. Good luck today :)

Hope you're feeling better today! Good luck with the weigh in. I will agree that measurements and photos can tell a different story than the scale. Normally, if the scale says something I dont like, I will get my measuring tape and check my waist and hips really fast and theres always a loss from the last time I did it.

Thank you all for the kind words of encouragement!! I did manage to drink quite a bit more water yesterday so hoping that helps too. About to grab the measuring tape, scales and camera and see what's changed. Have a great day everyone.
