After my sudden weight gain last week, which I attributed to eating out with too much salt and water retention, this week my weight suddenly fell. Woo woo! I feel thinner, stronger. We only went out to eat once this week, and that day I had an unusual meal for me, a cheeseburger and fries. My husband and I split it, so there was no damage from the salt or the calories.
